The 'Epistles of John' consist of three letters written by the Apostle John for two main pastoral care and polemical defense of the faith. The mission of the church internally is to build up believers in the most holy truth. The mission of the church externally is to preach the gospel and refute heresies, by using the 'Test of Eternal Life, 'truth, love, obedience' to discern the three characteristics of false 'falsehood, hatred, rebellion.' 'Second John' and 'Third John' use practical examples to illustrate the truth clarified in 'First John.' The "Word of Life" exalted in the "Epistle of John" is as a wake-up call to church believers who are deep in slumber, urging them to examine whether they truly know eternal life, truly have the assurance and joy of eternal life! This truth is what today’s church pastors must preach, and the congregation must hear and uphold. This study of the 'Epistles of John' is a series of sermons based on the exegesis of the original text, focusing on application for living in the world today. The book is organized by sections into lessons, examined verse-by verse; each lesson includes discussion questions, aimed at helping believers carefully study the essence of the 'Epistles of John,' suitable for individual daily study and meditation, family devotional sharing, fellowship group Bible studies, and Sunday school courses. 「約翰書信」是使徒約翰所寫的三封書信，寫作目的有二：牧養造就pastoral與衛道護教polemical。 教會的使命，對內而言，是造就信徒在至聖真道上，關鍵是信徒要認識永 生、知道自己有永生的確據，約翰壹書以「永生的測驗」三要點「真理、愛、順服」，作為循環的測試。教會的使命，對外而言，是傳揚福音、駁斥異端，同樣要以「永生的測驗」金三角，來分辨異端假道的三特徵「謬妄、恨、悖逆」。「約貳」與「約叁」以實際例證說明「約壹」所闡明的道理。 教會處於現今將要敗亡的墮落世界，面對許多外在嚴打威脅（硬逼迫），更多侵蝕內部的軟性分化（軟逼迫）。今日教會面對世俗潮流衝擊，一般說來是真道不彰、貪愛世 俗、偏行己路。「約翰書信」所高舉的「生命之道」，是暮鼓晨鐘，喚醒在沉睡迷夢中的教會信徒，省察自己是否真正認識永生、真正有永生的確據，真正享受永生的喜樂!「約翰書信」宣告的真理，是今日教會的牧者必須傳講，會眾必須聆聽且持守的。如此才能使主的群羊，活在光明中、活在主愛中，追求聖潔敬虔、享受永生的確據。 《約翰書信研經》是作者根據原文解經的系列講道，編輯成簡明易讀的註釋，著重今日生活應用。本書以導論起 始，內容是按題分課、逐節查考。每課皆有問題討論，旨在幫助信徒仔細研讀「約翰書信」精義，適合各人每日研讀默 想、家庭靈修分享、團契小組查經、主日學課程。
